髪と頭皮を十分にぬらしてかるく予洗いをします。適量を手にとり、手のひらでまんべんなく泡立ててください。頭皮をマッサージするように洗い、そのあとしっかり洗い流してください。

Thoroughly pre-rinse hair with warm water. Massage shampoo into wet hair and scalp to create a rich lather, then rinse completely.
